ROCK STAR realty group Sponsors the Beer Garden & Main Music Stage at the 50th Falls Church Festival
Fifty years is a long run for any hometown tradition, and the Falls Church Festival is still going strong. On Saturday, September 19, 2026, the Little City takes over the City Hall grounds at 300 Park Avenue from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., and ROCK STAR realty group is proud to sponsor the Beer Garden and Main Music Stage.
We picked that spot for a reason. Music is in our DNA, and the stage is where the whole festival comes together. Here is the lineup:
- 10 to 11:30 a.m. Villains & Saints, rock and roll
- 12 to 1 p.m. The Coozies, beach band
- 2 to 4 p.m. Moonshine, soul, rock and Motown
Guests 21 and over can trade Taste Tickets for pours from Solace Outpost and Audacious Aleworks, two neighbors we are always happy to raise a glass to. Around the stage you will find 85-plus vendor booths, 17 food vendors, pony rides, inflatables, a kids' craft tent and the Big 50 Scavenger Hunt. Admission, live music and the children's shows are all free.

Running for a Good Cause! FCEF Run for the Schools
The FCEF Run for the Schools returns Sunday, September 20, 2026, for its 22nd year, starting at 300 Park Avenue between City Hall and the Mary Riley Styles Public Library. Warm-ups kick off at 7:45 a.m., the 5K starts at 8am, and the 1-mile fun run follows at 8:05. Strollers are welcome on the mile, every registered runner gets a race shirt, and face painting and family games are waiting at the finish.
ROCK STAR realty group are proud supporters of this one. Money raised goes to the Falls Church Education Foundation, which puts it right back into our schools through teacher grants and awards, student experiences and direct help for families who need it. More than 850 people ran last year, which tells you something about this town.
