This year marks 20 years for me in the DMV real estate market. As I reach this important milestone, I’m filled with gratitude and excitement. It has been a celebration of relationships, hard work, and unforgettable memories.
It all started with a love for helping people find their dream home. This passion has grown into a commitment to guide my friends and clients through their life’s biggest decisions, with each unique adventure full of lessons and laughs. I’m deeply grateful for the bonds I have formed over the past 27 years while living and working in The Little City.
My community spirit runs deep - encouraging everyone to come together and thrive is my passion. Supporting our teachers and schools, affordable housing, charity events, and musicians creates relationships between neighbors and our local businesses. This positive impact makes my contributions even more meaningful.

Rob is our ROCK STAR Director of Sales and is eager to help you find the home you LOVE!
A skilled negotiator and neighborhood expert, he has obtained both his ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative) and RENE (Real Estate Negotiation Expert) in Virginia.
A Massachusetts native, Rob worked as an agent for 15+ years and obtained his Brokers License and his CBR (Certified Buyers Representative) designation. He was awarded the Good Neighbor Award from NCMAR (North Central Massachusetts Association of Realtors), along with the Realtor Honor Society Award and was active with the Cancer Fundraising Committee and various other community events.
Now a resident of Burke, Rob enjoys cheering on the New England Patriots, seeing live music, and spending time with his husband and their cat.
Born and raised in Upstate New York, Drew moved to Northern Virginia after obtaining his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from State University of New York at Oswego. Drew began his career in the real estate industry in 2016 as an Operations Manager where he learned the ins and outs of the industry, later joining ROCK STAR realty group as Director of Operations in 2018. While planting his roots in Virginia and his real estate career, Drew achieved his Masters of Business Administration from West Texas A&M University.
In 2020, Drew obtained his Real Estate Salesperson license to grow his passion for real estate be expanding his career into the realm of sales. Drew perfectly blends his years of experience on all sides of the transaction to provide seamless home sale experience from start to finish. You can expect meticulous attention to detail, and feel confident that you always have someone in your corner working for you.
